"Having moved to Texas since graduation and unable to plan spontaneous weekend trips, the 2007 Recent Graduate Reunion gave me an opportunity to plan a trip back to Ann Arbor.  The weekend was well organized, the tailgate was great, and the tickets were a lot better than I expected.  It brought back awesome memories of football Saturdays!”

“I attended last year's Recent Grad Reunion event and brought along my fiancee for the weekend. I was hoping she could somehow experience what I loved so much about a Saturday at Michigan. Well, this was more than just her first sunny September football game at the Big House. From shopping on State Street to Zingerman's, to tailgating on the golf course and Blimpy Burger, she really got understand what Ann Arbor was all about. And, of course, we had a blast.”

"The four years I spent at Michigan were some of the greatest years of my life.  What made those years great were the people I met and the experiences I was lucky enough to share with them.  When I heard about the reunion weekend, I almost fell off my chair.  In my mind, there is no better way to rekindle those friendships and experiences then to get everyone back on the same weekend.  Homecoming is great, but to me it almost seems like a competition, because you are on campus with so many different age groups.  But the reunion will be different....The reunion will be unforgettable...."

"We were so happy to be back on campus at the University of Michigan and to be so royally honored. We thank you for making every effort to provide us with a delightful weekend experience.  You did that and more!

We had a GRAND time!  Every event, from the registration reception to the fabulous tailgate party, to the football game and the final formal dinner, was a joy.  Singing “The Victors” with 107,068+ blue and maize attired supporters brought back pleasant and thrilling memories of years ago.  Thank you!!!

Your thorough planning, including the services of many friendly and helpful staff and volunteers, delicious food, effortless (for us) transportation and housing, and comprehensive directional materials, was most heartily appreciated and accepted.

The closing formal dinner, with the opportunity to meet and greet fellow 50-year graduates, was outstanding. We appreciated the great meal, the stimulating program, the recognition/honoring and emeritus pin presentation ceremony, topped off with dancing to the fabulous band, which played our music superbly.

All of these memorable experiences make us hunger for the next 50-year reunion…or maybe just another campus visit soon…if another 50-year occasion seems too ambitious and/or too presumptuous on our parts.  Thank you again and GO BLUE!"
