50th Reunion
October 3-5, 2008 is Homecoming on the Ann Arbor campus. It also marks the special time when the University will honor and recognize Emeritus Reunion graduates.

Begin your day with this one-stop registration experience.
Meet friends, have questions answered, receive your registration
packet and pick up football tickets.
1958 Class Photo: 2:30pm Steps of Angell
Hall.
Join your classmates from all schools and colleges and
smile for your 50th class photo.
Experience some of the academic experiences that current Michigan students are afforded. Participate in discussions on a wide range of topics and hear from some of the top Michigan faculty as well as outside presenters. All lectures are offered at the same time so please choose only one lecture to attend. Spouses can attend different lectures.
Returning Home: from the Cold War to today – the effects of war on health and society. Take a trip from the Cold War to today – a historical perspective on the impact of war on our wellbeing and the world.
Sport in Society. From the world stage to your back yard the role of sport in our society will be explored. Join U-M faculty to discuss the impact of sports.
Sustainability,Environment, and Engineering. Join Susan M. Cischke, Group Vice President for Sustainability, Environment and Safety Engineering at Ford Motor Company as she discusses these important issues. Question and answer session to follow.
Alumni Open Choral Sing. Join Jerry Blackstone, Chair of Conducting and Director of Choral Activities; and School of Music, Theatre & Dance students to participate in an open sing of Mozart’s Requiem.
The Student Experience. Hear about the Michigan of today from current students. Have your questions ready and enjoy this interactive session with U-M’s best and brightest

U-M Indoor Track Building.
Enjoy a delicious buffet, U-M entertainment including
the glee clubs and cheerleaders, President Mary Sue Coleman
and U-M coaches. Take in a rousing performance by the Michigan Marching
Band and follow them to the Big House. 50th Reunion attendees
will be specially honored.
Michigan vs. Illinois: 3:30pm, Big
House.
Get your tickets to this great Homecoming football game. Watch
the Wolverines take on the Illini. 2 tickets per alumna/us. Tickets
sold as a package with the Go Blue tailgate.
50th Reunion & Emeritus Weekend Gala:
7pm cocktails; 8pm dinner.
Ballroom, Michigan Union.
Enjoy an elegant dinner and dancing, receive your Emeritus
pin and be inducted into the Emeritus Society. Michigan
Spirit attire.
